Description

This three-hour class Essentials of Management specifically targets management's responsibilities for reducing E&O exposure in the agency. Agency employees involved in sales and service are on the front lines when it comes to reducing E&O exposure. But management provides the tools and the oversight for their success. Department managers, supervisors and agency principals set the guidelines and controls by which employees perform their work. No matter what your title, if you are involved in management, this class will provide valuable insights to help reduce your agency's E&O exposure.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS CLASS IS APPROVED FOR PREMIUM DISCOUNTS WITH BOTH SWISS RE AND UTICA! IF YOUR STATE HAS AN ACTION ITEM FOR YOU AFTER COMPLETING THE CLASS, IT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE HANDOUTS/MATERIALS SECTION!

This course is oriented towards agency staff and begins with general comments to make them aware of what an E&O claim is, what typically causes a claim and then provides specific processes and procedures to follow in the agency's daily operations to prevent E&O claims.
