Knowing the Who, What, When and How of the Alternate Employer Endorsement
Within workers' compensation there are four "types" of employees. One of these is the "borrowed servant." A "borrowed servant" is directly employed by another employer but is under the direct control of another party.
Such control can make the & "borrowing" party the employer for workers' compensation purposes.
