What Creates a Compensable Work Comp Injury or Illness
Workers' compensation responds only when the employee for which the employer is responsible suffers an "occupational" injury or "occupational" disease. But what makes an injury or illness "occupational"? This is the question answered in this session.
To be "occupational" the injury or illness must meet three tests. The three-prong test is the focus of this session.
